9:09pm We are currently experiencing some network issues in and out of the Boston data center. Please read the entire update below.
There is a BPG issue that is affecting our IP blocks 174.34.48.0/21 & 174.34.56.0/21. Our other IP blocks are not affected.
We are currently investigating with our upstream provider to find where the BGP problem is and will update this post as soon as we have more information.
11:06pm We have determined that our IP blocks are routing correctly inside our main upstream provider. They verified that our BGP routes are being advertised out correctly from their network. However, those 2 IP blocks BGP advertisements are not being received in the outside network providers. They are working with several other network providers to determine why the BGP routes are not being seen.
11:59pm We have determined that other outside providers are receiving our BGP advertisements but they are rejecting them. They are trying to determine why they are being rejected so that we can fix this problem.
12:22am The network routing issue has been resolved and all traffic is passing correctly again.
