8:55pm Our Boston data center is experiencing a network outage. We are investigating and will keep you updated as soon as we know what is going on.
9:01pm All routing was restored. It appears to be a BGP convergence somewhere.
1:50am Experiencing some network routing loss again. We are investigating and will update as soon as we know more.
2:15am Our upstream network provider PacketFabric is still looking into the issue. It appears to be a problem inside their network that is causing the problem. It has been escalated to their senior management.
2:22am Routing has been restored. PacketFabric had a core router that was bouncing causing the routes to go up and down to do BGP issues. PacketFabric engineers will be monitoring to make sure that the router remains stable.
